Had a fantastic smoothie last night courtesy of my eldest son. He called it
a 'power smoothie' to boost my iron content: raisons, apricot, coconut milk,
pasticcio nuts, apricot juice. Hhmm yum!

Self harm is on the increase in the UK. Children as young as 5 years old are
turning to self harm as a way of having their emotional needs met. This is a
very sad state of affairs!

A big thank you to Tony Burgess of AHA! (Academy of High Achievers) for
giving me some useful nuggets to help me with my blogging experience
